By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions at the checkout point you are agreeing to the correspondence outlined within our Terms and Conditions. The K Family Factory reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made will be effective once published on the website.
Registration
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately. We may also change registration requirements from time to time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.
Eligibility
In order to place an order, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to us. By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks. Furthermore, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Orders
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and The K Family Factory will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Delivery
We currently send our goods via air, sea and express shipment. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email alongside a tracking number which can be used should you wish to trace your order. We can only deliver to the address provided by you. If an error has been made, please contact us at k@k.shoes, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address. If for any reason the goods are lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us within 14 days. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination, please check with your local tax authorities for more information.
Order Cancellation
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
Returns
Items returned must be unused and with all shoes tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Faulty Goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
