All products you wish to return or exchange must be in their original packaging. Please note that our exchange and return policy does not cover damage caused by improper use. Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unwashed with all original tags attached. You must return them in the same condition in which you receive them, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Please note that an item is damaged as a result of wearing or tearing are not considered as faulty. If you receive an item with a defect please contact us at email@example.com immediately and show some photos with a brief description in the email. If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
As for the freight, you are responsible for the returning freight. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund issues. Your refund will be credited to your original credit card or PayPal account. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, it depends on the processing time of the bank.
