Bespoke shoes are not an ordinary purchase; they are transformed into something exceptional and timeless. Each pair is handcrafted by a shoemaker exclusively for a specific client. The process begins with precise foot measurements, followed by the creation of a unique last for each foot. During the fitting stage, the client tries on a prototype made from the selected leather, while the shoemaker carefully evaluates the fit and determines whether any adjustments are necessary. These refinements are then applied directly to the last before the final shoes are crafted using precious leathers.

Once the last is finalized, we can produce the exact shoes or boots you have specified. After the last has been created, clients may order additional pairs without the need for further measurements or fittings, although at least one fitting pair is always included to ensure a perfect fit. The result is a truly unique pair of shoes or boots that perfectly follows the contours of your feet and fully reflects your preferences—from leather selection and insoles to soles and finishing details.

For new developments, we begin by creating an initial prototype. After all design details are approved, our standard process is to produce a single sample per style as the first prototype. Once approved, we proceed with full samples in the correct colors or move directly into small-batch or bulk production. Prototyping is essential in shoemaking, as every shoe requires a proper last. The initial prototype is made for one foot only and is used for fitting, wear testing, and pattern evaluation. After confirmation, we produce a full pair as a sales or stamping sample.
