Manufacturing Prototyping
You can easily submit your designs, tech packs, sketches, or reference images via our Contact Us form or directly email us. If you don’t have a formal tech pack yet, don’t worry—our team can help guide you through translating your sketches into a production-ready format.
Prototyping is a crucial step before mass or small-batch production. It allows you to visualize your design, test comfort, and check material pairings. You can also use the physical sample for pre-orders, content creation on social media, or showing retail buyers.
Prototyping costs vary depending on design complexity, custom hardware, and materials chosen. Typically, a prototype takes about 20-25 days to develop once the details are finalized.
Production Orders
We proudly support No MOQ for custom and private label production. Whether you need just 1 pair for a custom prototype or a small batch for your vision to life. Note:Pricing per pair varies based on quantity, design complexity, and materials.
For standard small-batch production, the lead time is generally 7 to 9 weeks once all materials and final samples are confirmed excluding international shipping.
We believe in complete transparency. We provide regular updates, photos, and video progress reports via messaging apps such as WhatsApp or email. Our end-to-end shoemaking process is meticulously managed across key stages, including:
Cutting: Precise cutting of leather and materials based on custom patterns.
Stitching: Expert hand-and machine-sewing by skilled artisans.
Lasting: Shaping the upper over the shoe last to ensure perfect form, balance, and fit.
Packing: Final quality check, cleaning, and secure protective packaging before dispatch.
Heel Mold & Shoe Last Customization
As a specialized footwear manufacturer, we support a wide range of heel modes and designs—from classic stiletto heels, block heels, and kitten heels to wedges and platform styles. Heights can be custom-tailored according to your design requirements.
Yes! We can wrap the heels in the exact same leather, suede, or fabric as the upper body, or provide custom finishes such as metallic plating, painted textures, or branded hardware accents to match your design vision.
Absolutely. We can develop custom shoe lasts based on your specific foot profile or design drawings to ensure the perfect fit, pitch, and balance for your high heels or flats.

Shipping & Global Logistics

Air Freight/Express Air: fast door-to-door delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and urgent small batches
Ocean Freight/Sea Shipping: cost-effective port-to-port or door-to-door solutions for larger bulk orders.
We support multiple trade terms to accommodate your supply chain preferences:
EXW(Ex Works): You can pick up the goods directly from our factory or use your own designated freight forwarder.
FoB(Free On Board): We handle production and deliver the goods to the designated port of shipment.
